The Baltimore Convention Center wanted to activate the visitors’ journey from the Hilton Hotel to Halls F & G.
The interest was to utilize an experiential journey map to highlight and leverage the engagement and branding opportunities along this route.
My Role:
Developed the journey map + visualizations of key concept ideas.
Visual & written content of the proposal document, which was shared as a tool to empower the Baltimore Convention Center to communicate clear, yet inspiring opportunities for unique branding and customizable experiences to event planners and potential business partners.
Worked closely with the designer to provide direction for concept renders.
I worked on this project as a contractor for Hargrove, Inc. located in Lanham, Maryland.
